The book aesthetics tag

I found this tag over at Kristen Kraves Books. BUT Michelle @ The Writing Hufflepuff created this tag and I just had to do it!

Rules

– Thank whoever nominated you (maybe you’re bitter that you have ANOTHER tag to do on top of the billions you already need to do (#relatable), still though. Someone thought of you. Be thankful. At least pretend to be
– Credit the creator of this tag (I feel so… weird, asking for credits?
–  There’s no limit of how many aesthetics you can make for a question, but think of your poor readers. Even me, an aesthetics hoe, might get tired after 50 aesthetics (I doubt anyone would make/share that many for this tag I just like to exaggerate \_(ツ)_/¯
–  Make your OWN aesthetics, please don’t steal them from someone else. Also what’s the fun in that?

Let’s go!

Favorite Book of the Year?

Shatter Me trilogy or Nevernight For me, favourite books never have a specific reason, just like I can’t tell you why a book is 5 stars not 4.5 but there’s something about these novels that feel like home

NEVERNIGHT

SHATTER ME

Character You Relate to Alot?

I unfortunately haven’t really related to any characters? perhaps I need to read more books!

Character You Look Up To?

Mark Wattney from The Martian! He was one of the first characters where I really stopped and went “shit, I wish I was as smart as he was” he was such an amazing character and he never gave up hope.

An Underrated Gem?

Deathless. This novel is poetic and beautiful on so many levels, but it’s also very, twisted and dark. i am still constantly wanting to read this again.

A Character That Deserves More Love?

Mara Dyer. She is so complicated and human. I just adored her from the minute I met her and honestly haven’t heard alot of people raving about her.

MARA DYER

An Underrated OTP?

Rose & Dimitri from Vampire Academy. These two were one of my favourite OTP’s!

That’s it! So, are any of these your favourite books? Do you, perhaps like my Aesthetics? (then check out my PINTEREST and TWITTER)

I tag anyone who wants to do this!

Until next time,
Sarah
