T5T! FIVE BOOKS THAT NEED A PREQUEL

Hi guys and welcome to another post of top 5 Tuesday, a tag hosted by the lovely Shanah, over at thebionicbookworm.  Today, I’ll be talking about…

FIVE BOOKS THAT NEED A PREQUEL.

This is a hard one because more often than not, I feel like books have started at the right points, where the story really begins to unravel, and I’m not normally interested in going back before that happens, but, here are a few books that break that norm for me…

SCYTHE.

I think a prequel from the age where the Scythedom was being created would be a really interesting thing.

INDIGO BLUE.

I think a chance to see the story of the mermaids coming to land for the first time and encountering people and creating their lives could be super cool.

DEATHLESS.

A tale of Koschei and his brother, Baba Yaga and all those mystical elements in their beginning years could be so fricken amazing honestly.

I know, I know, I’m finishing the post already? but I stand true on my earlier statement! most of the time, I don’t think books should have a prequel! so there’s really only these three that I can think of.

Can you think of any others?

until next time,
Sarah

  1. Scythe is a book that everyone seems to be talking about right now! From what I’ve heard about it, it sounds like a book that I would want to know how the world came to be how it is. Great list!
Thanks so much for participating – added you to the list 🙂
