Stacking Tarot Wednesdays | The Sun

Hello bookworms,

welcome to a new type of post! I’m not sure how well this will go, but I think it will be fun. Today I’m trying to combine two of my hobbies, tarot, and reading! For a little background, I’m not truly practiced with tarot, I’m honestly a beginner but we all have to start somewhere and I think this is a fun way both to get to know my cards better, and to remind myself of what books are on my physical tbr because I wont lie, it grows bigger every day.

So, I guess you want to know how it’s going to work right? I’ll split my deck, separating the major and minor arcana (Major being cards through 0-21) and work solely with the major arcana. That’s because I feel like I can relate them more to books than I can the minor, and that was a spoiler! Yes, I will be relating them to what I know of the books off my TBR. So for example, if I pulled the fool, it would be books about starting a journey etc etc.

I CANNOT take full originality for this idea, ABOOKATHOUGHT created the wonderful COLOURFUL BOOKISH SUNDAY series which inspired me to get thinking about making my own kind of TBR series and then READACROSSTHESTARS & DUNGEONSANDCANDLES over on Instagram helped me turn this into something that fitted who I am, I can’t recommend the three of them enough

So, let’s get into it and I’m sure you’ll all come to understand what’s going on! Please leave a comment down below if you think this is a series you’d enjoy reading.

☀️Clap When You Land

Like most of you, I’m trying to keep my immediate tbr short, because otherwise I would never get to it. So I’ve stuck to two, this time one novel & one manga, both which I am hoping to get to ASAP!

☀️Attack on Titan 6 – I’m working my way through this series bit by bit and it’s been pretty hit or miss so far and I want to continue forward to try and decide if I want to keep on with this series

☀️Red Rising – I was intrigued by this since so many of my friends love this book, and it went onto my 5 before 2021 TBR, but I honestly didn’t know what it was about and now that I do, I’m genuinely excited for it.

Tell me if any of these are on your TBR! or, have you read them? Would you associate them with this card? let me know down below!
